Mari has a background in Finance, having worked for the Bank of New York Melon until 2002 when she moved with her family to Florida. She is a Broker Associate on Team JK at One Sotheby’s International. She specializes in the luxury market – representing buyers and sellers – including high-end condominiums, vast waterfront estates and so much more.
Licensed in Florida, her geographic focus spans from Miami-Dade north to St. Lucie County. Engrained in real estate since 2004, she joined Team JK after a nearly five-year tenure with Galleria International. Throughout her two-decade career, she has also represented clients throughout South Florida with Suncoast Realty Associates, Musa Realty, and Century 21 Tenace Realty. She currently holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR) certification and Accredited Buyers Representative designation from the NAR.
With her clients and within the industry, Mari is known for her steadfast ethics, hardworking nature, and willingness to always go above and beyond. She prides herself on having a true pulse of her client’s needs and wants – often maneuvering the most complex situations and scenarios to maximize a transaction on their behalf ultimately. Beyond real estate, Mari stays active within the community, volunteering for the likes of Volunteer Florida and Volunteer America. In times past, she’s served on the PTSA board at her children’s middle school, helped locals register to vote, and more. She currently resides in Fort Lauderdale/Tampa and is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.
